Terms and conditions of the Yuen Method online session

Thank you for your interest in strengthening sessions with the Yuen Method.

Below are the terms and conditions applicable to the application process:

📩 Availability Request

This form is solely an appointment request, allowing you to indicate your preferred date and time. Once we receive your request, we'll review our availability and confirm via message whether your chosen time is available. If not, we'll suggest other nearby options. The session will be scheduled when both parties find a suitable time.

💳 Payments and Reservation Validation

The payment you make upon completing this request is non-refundable. This payment will be applied as a credit toward your session once a final date and time are confirmed. If for any reason you need to change your schedule later, you may do so once, subject to the cancellation policy described below.

⏰ Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or modify your session without penalty with a minimum of 12 hours' notice. If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a penalty of 20% of the total session fee will apply. If you do not show up without prior notice, the session will be considered complete.

🤝 Mutual Commitment

We believe in the value of conscious connection. Therefore, each session is carefully coordinated, seeking a space where both parties can be authentically present and available.
